Car Accident
I had a pretty much hectic day today, started off with Pascale calling for an appointment after 8:30 in the morning, but I had another client (Mr Lin) to see before being able to leave the office. Mr Lin came in late, past 9. Only got to Pascale at around 9:40, had to postpone my meeting with Willem till 10, and then till 10:15. Pascale gave a lot of good news, mother and aunt them were extremely happy to hear. Our retail outlets opposite the taxi ranks have been approved.
Had a brief chat session with Willem, well, more like brunch at Square Cafe, talked about a lot of things, very educating as well ;) However, I was so tired, I wasn’t into the conversation as I would of been if I were not that drained.
Came home at around 11:30ish, napped for 15min, with texts interrupting in between, and then mama came home at 12ish, took her to the dentist at 12:30 and waited with her until she was done around 13:15ish, mom left back to work around 13:30, and I decided to go for the AModels Casting today at SKW Olympia, arrived at 14:00, did Runway and Photoshoots and Lingerei too…. Didn’t tell mother anything.
After SKW, I came home to fetch my external hardrive so I could visit Francois and get a few series + movies. Went to Francois around 15:30, he sang for me… on his guitar…. beautifully. I was moved.
On the way from Francois back to my house, I had the car accident. I bumped into the rear end of another guy’s car. This guy being Corne Visser (got it off his business card), so BOOM BANG, first thought that crosses my mind was, Uh-Oh, what did I run over? I look towards the front and then realized that, well…it was someone’s car I had run onto. In the midst of heavy traffic,we got out of our cars, first thing I said was:
“It’s my fault, Im sorry”
He looks at his rear, I look at my bumper, he asks for my number, I offer my business card, we exchange business cards, and off we went again.
Damn, but I was shaken. Why? Cos this accident was predicted. The psychic lady in Taiwan told me I was to have a car accident that year, but that I wouldnt have had to worry about it, for the lunar year is ending. And I was wearing my Thailand Blue Saphire Ruby when the accident happened! Should I be thankful that the cars weren’t worse off, or question whether the blue ruby is protecting my safety or not. I’d rather believe in the former than question the latter.
All in all it’s been such a traumatizing day, I need to rest now~ Sweet dreams sweetheart.
